Serves as Enso Village Compliance Officer and will require becoming knowledgeable in California labor law generally as well as labor law specific to RCFEs and CCRCs in California. Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations relative to employment. The VP directs the implementation a purpose-oriented culture across all roles and stakeholders, including policies and programs in areas including Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, talent acquisition, people engagement and retention, learning and people development, pathways for growth, performance management, compensation, benefits and reward programs, safety and workers compensation, and employee wellness.
